From the day your project is completed, we stand behind every detail of our work — labour, fixtures, and finishes — for a full five years.
Our warranty applies to all labour carried out by Worcester Home Renovation and the materials we install at your property. If any aspect of our workmanship fails to meet the standards set out in industry best-practice guidelines within the warranty period, we will return to assess, repair, or correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
All work carried out by our team — from tiling and plastering to plumbing and electrics — is covered for 5 years against defects in workmanship.
Fixtures, fittings, and finishes installed as part of your project are covered for faults arising from incorrect installation.
If you notice an issue, we'll arrange a free assessment visit to inspect and determine the best course of action.
If a defect is found to be the result of our workmanship or installation, repairs are carried out at no cost to you.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation carried out by Worcester Home Renovation. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, alterations made by third parties after completion, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions of the property that were outside the agreed scope of work.
